“September McGee’s Solo Exhibition at the Cottage Gallery in Laguna Beach was a tremendous success. Sometimes a showing of a single artist’s work throughout one gallery can seem repetitious. Not this one. September’s wide variety of subjects, coupled with various techniques and medium, created an exhibit with great appeal and the feeling there were many artists competing for the collector’s attention. September has won over sixteen National Awards for her paintings and several were on display for this showing. The artist was available at her fabulous Gala Reception last Saturday to discuss her work and had the assemblage in awe.”

I too attended this Gala and have to say that there were so many gorgeous themes in Sepetember's array of paintings - many of my friends commented on the Steet Car and also the Orchestra Paintings, I had too many favorites to choose just one as I'm a big fan of all of her amazing work. What a lovely night to be surrounded by such beauty and the fact that Septembers energy is so warm and inviting.
