This is a brand new painting of a beautiful woman

inside and out! I wanted to capture her sweet,

peaceful countenance as she sat for me in this graceful pose.

I am so happy with the way this rendering turned out

and how her eyes draw you into the piece!

"Cafe Series - Terri" is an oil on museum panel

and is now on display at the Sawdust Art Festival

in Laguna Beach, CA.

The show runs June 25 through August 29th.

"Streets of New York - Le Figaro Cafe"

This is an original oil painting on Senso linen of a 

lovely little cafe on Bleeker Street in New York City.

This piece is part of my Streets of New York Series

and I just love the way the bicycle and the checkered

table cloths and red awnings lend color and fun to this street scene.

I love New York. It is so electric!

I can't wait to paint my next Streets of New York painting.

In the interim I am getting ready for my summer show,

The Sawdust Festival, which runs June 25 - August 29th

in Laguna Beach, CA.

"Cafe Series - Brown Eyes"

This is a brand new piece! Just completed!

I had worked on this piece a while back and left it until now.

Many times a piece needs to sit before it is finalized.

This is a pastel painting on board of a lovely woman

who is a wonderful friend.  She has a sweet and endearing

demeanor and always has only kindness to offer everyone.

It was an honor to have her pose for me.  Her eyes tells

the story!
